Pedro the donkey,

It's feeling like this - some people at work often feel like pedro the little donkey.

Pedro trots along the path. His masters (usually the glass ceiling group) keeps him going by

hanging a carrot in front. When Pedro starts to complain, the masters tell him that things will

change but after awhile Pedro finds out that the carrot on his stick is just an apple instead and the

same old same old just continues. Life teaches us that pedro can only win if he finds another path

where he's can reach the carrots.
